Manage Users

[PRO]

There are 3 types of manager accounts on Libib Pro:
  1. Owner
The owner is creator of the account and a super-admin. They have full control over the site.
There can only be one account owner.

When an owner deletes their account, billing will end (no new charges will occur), and all accounts underneath are removed from Libib as well.

  2. Admin
An admin has full access to all libraries.

    ADMINS CAN ADMINS CANNOT
    • Add/edit/delete libraries
    • Access all libraries
    • Lend items in all libraries
    • Add/edit/view/delete all items
    • Add/edit/view/delete all patrons
    • Publish all libraries on their site
    • Change published library options on their site
    • Allow patron holds on their site
    • Add/edit/delete managers
    • Change billing
    • Change lending settings

  3. Basic
A basic manager must be manually assigned (by the account owner) to the libraries they should have access to. The basic user will only be able to add/edit items in the libraries that they have access to. Additionally, a basic manager's public page will only aggregate the published libraries that they have access to.
