Libib Pro Giveaway Rules & Regulations

  1. How To Enter: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. To enter, contestants must follow Libib’s Instagram page, like and post a comment tagging two (2) separate accounts on the giveaway post from 5 PM CST on July 29th, 2024 through July 31st at 11:59 PM CST.
  2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to those 18 years of age or older who are residents of qualifying countries. Residents of countries under current US comprehensive sanctions [Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Sevastopol regions only), Russia] are ineligible to enter. Entries residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win the giveaway. Current paying users (Pro / District) and employees of Libib are ineligible to enter.
  3. Prize: The giveaway prize will consist of one (1) FREE year subscription of Libib Pro.
  4. Prize Restrictions: The giveaway prize may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitutes will be made.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be chosen at random on July 31st at 11:59 PM CST and has 24 hours to respond before another winner is picked. The winner will be notified through Libib’s Instagram Stories from the official Libib Instagram page.
  6. Not Endorsed by Instagram or Other Social Media Sites: By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram and release Instagram from all liability arising from or related to this giveaway.
  7. Conduct & Liability: Libib reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the event if in its sole discretion, there are any unsafe acts or conditions. Libib is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including spam or impersonation accounts or comments, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Libib may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway. For those who attempt to spam, disrupt, or impersonate Libib’s Instagram account will be immediately disqualified and blocked.
